1. Heartiest appreciation for this superb endeavor to keep Saikapians connected. We spent our formative years in this glorious temple of learning. Our school has stood the test of times and realized the dream that was conceived half a century ago. The foremost credit for this superlative performance goes to our teachers and the men and women who worked backstage. Their selfless service , devotion to duty and indefatigable zeal is awe inspiring . The core values taught and learnt in the premises of the school equip a student to take on the life ahead. The meaningful interaction between teachers and students and healthy mix of academics and co circular activities is an ideal staple for physical , moral and intellectual growth. May our alma mater continue on its path of unprecedented glory.

2. I feel honored to inform you that I have been nominated to attend Command and General Staff College at , Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, USA after topping the entrance exam. The foremost credit for this success squarely goes to my alma mater where I learnt the basics of soldiering

Hi All Saikapians, First of all, a great thanks to all who helped in making this wonderful website. I was just thinking that if it is possible to add few words on the main page of the website like "Saikapians-Second To None". These four words always encourage and inspire me to do well in my future. Its just a suggestion. This website helped me a lot. When I came to Canada, I did not know any Saikapian contact number or address. Through this website, I contacted many saikapians and every one gave me full encouragement and guidance. Thus, I whole heartedly thank everybody for this website. I must compliment your effort for bring the pieces together, it takes a great effort, hats off to you, well I live in New York, not far, infact in Syracuse. I was just going through the school website, after a long time and saw pics of old teachers, it took me back 43 years back, congratulations my dear, and keep up the good work. I came to know of our web site through Yogesh Dhawan & Vijay Shah (S/o Our good old Mr Shah). Well I am of the batch joined the school in Jun 69 and left in Apr 76. Am in the Indian Army till 12 Oct 2008 (Sunday) and joining (rather already joined) EDUCOMP SOLUTIONS as AVP Infrastructure and located at Gurgaon (NCR). Hello all dear friends. I am Man Mohan Raj, R # 742 Tilak house and I passed out in 1970. I dont know if my batchmates are on this site or not but still I love my school n cannot just forget those golden days I spent with my good classmates specilly Nalin Chopra, Kulwinder Singh, IPSingh (586),JPBadhwar,Amit and many more. I wish if we can meet before the dusk of our life.

Its really great and wonderful to see the new website. Initially I thought, its just for the Saikapians living abroad. Good work done, including the business pages as well as this is the first of its kind. On my part, we will be delighted to work for the Saikapian Community.

nice effort started by you,thanks for your idea. looking forward to add mine memories to it. mainly i like the idea of saikapian spirit. It should be like that as it was always in sainik school no castes no religion and no ecnomic status. once again congragulations! many have ideas but less have deeds.

I was in School from 1962-68, and am in constant touch with many SAIKAPIANS. 1-2 classes senior and Juniors on regular base.

Hello dear Saikapians, it's matter of great pride that the world over we are trying to get on to a common platform. Greetings to the administrator and all others who are making it to happen. From my long experience in initiating the process of creating a network of SAIKAPIAN, initially there were some problems/resistance, but later on, every thing fitted into right place. It’s a great forum, lets all make it a very dynamic/lively means of communicating, contributing to not only welfare of each other but for humanity at large! I'm Dr Yogeshwar, 376, (1962-68, Tilak/Lajpat/Tagore & Tilak ). I am working for J&K Government Health Services as NODAL Officer, for published National Rural Health Mission. Impressed!! Great effort to bring up the site.The hard work and time put in is very obvious.Yes it does show your love for the institution. Well i am Saravjit Singh Hothi roll no 052 first batch of 1961, joined NDA in Jul 65 to become a fighter pilot, retired from IAF on 31October last year as Air Vice Mshl. Well as both my kids are UK based and other relatives are in Calif and with free time with me would like to catch up on my travel and be part of the abroad group and contribute to the nostalgia. dear all, I was there as planned at old boys meet on 17 Nov 07 at School with my Son and Grand Son. The Library has shifted to Darbar Hall.It has Folders of our photos withn ROLL NUMBERS. If you go there have a look at yourself , and Feel proud that you have been chiselled to be such a fine man today by those Great Teachers we had.

On 10th of november07, get together night was celebrated under the banner of "ALL INDIA SAINIK SCHOOLS REUNION NIGHT". Though very short notice it was huge gathering, Thanks to Mr Raj from Chittorgarh and Mr Sahi from Kunjpura who not only attended the function rather they were the main initiative to make it happen. Kids of all ages were involved and their Moms had the most fun when they were awarded with winner and runner up prizes after winning the very interesting games. Every member's presence was appreciated with free Diwali gifts to all.

Dear all, There is old boys meet at school on 17 nov 2007. A lunch and dinner are planned. I (SD Malhotra,555 Azaad House,) am planning to attend with my son and grand son. I am at Gurgaon india, relaxing after 33 years in Indian army retd as Col. Planning to be in USA from 15 may 08 to 28 jun 08 at Columbus OHHope to meet few saikapians Mr Chachhi is staying about 2 miles from my residance and it is great to meet him. Regards and stay united.
